The principles that guide every auction we conduct
The success of every auction comes at a high cost in both team hard work and the systems we apply. We maintain professional standards from the first site visit through to final settlement.
Two or more organisation representatives record all sales for full transparency. We refuse rings and collusion: only the highest bidder wins, without exception.
We clean, set up and manage every auction using local labour, actively creating employment in the communities where we operate. This is not an afterthought, it is core to our identity.
All proceeds are transferred to the client within 7 days of the auction, accompanied by a full close-out report with itemised sales data.
From asset identification through valuation, advertising, viewing, live auction, dispatch and documentation, we handle everything so our clients handle nothing.
